Coverage at a glance

12–24 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Exact term is on each product page.

Warranty term and service path listed per model. Quote customers receive install and parts notes in writing.

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Not wear items, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Order number, model name, serial number, and photos or a short video of the issue.

Email support or use Contact — describe when the issue started and how you use the machine.

We confirm coverage, then repair, replace parts, or replace the unit per the warranty terms.

Damage from incorrect voltage, scale buildup from skipped descaling, or drop / liquid spills
Normal wear: seals, filters, grinders past expected life, and cosmetic scratches
Repairs by unauthorized technicians or modified firmware / hardware
